is already in its second month and the days starts to become longer and
brighter every day. The game season is coming to an end, which
means that we take the step into a season where we focus a bit more on
the nice products that the sea has to offer us.
We can tempt you with dishes like : carpaccio from halibut with king
crab, pan fried rose fish and home smoked haddock. You will of course
also find the dishes that you have helped us with to become classics
like marinated salmon, trio of herrings and monkfish.
And not to forget, almost the most important, the SKREI is back! As always we serve it the traditional way.
We also remind you about our special St. Valentine's menu that will be
available the 14th February. We wish you and your dear one(s) welcome
to enjoy this special evening with us.
