Dear guests,
The
spring is finally here and in that occasion we have of course created a
new and fresh menu for the spring/summer months. There will be a mix of
newcomers and old-timers, since many of you have asked us so kindly to
put back some of your favorites. These months the menu
will be dominated by fish, which will be light and fresh. Just to
tempt you a bit we can mention: green asparagus soup with smoked
salmon, oven baked King crab, pickled salmon, poached halibut and pan
fried mackerel. And there is also a new Chef's menu to discover.
At
same time we would like to remind you about the 17th of May, which is
Norway’s National Day. We will be closed for lunch, but open at 18.00
with a traditional buffet for all ages. For the youngest ones, there
will be of course served sausages, ice cream and soft drinks. We hope that you want to celebrate this day together with your family and friends here with us.
